Exchange Policy
We hope you will love our beachwear and if there is something isn’t perfect with your order, please let us know with in 3 days after you receive the product. Here is our exchange policy and steps to do. Please ensure you agree with the terms before you place your order.
FAUTLY PRODUCT
If your product is faulty or is different to the product you ordered i.e. incorrect size or color, we will send the correct item to you as soon as we can and we will also return Kerry Express or EMS postal fee to you at its actual cost. Please collect the receipt for reimbursement.
CHANGE SIZE
We recommend to view the size guide carefully before you place an order. We can also give you an advice via email or LINE chat. However, if you are unsatisfied with the ordered size, we offer 3 days size exchange. Please not that it is one time offer, we will not be able to exchange for the second time of the same order. Any expenses regarding size change cannot be reimbursed.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
- Please notify us via email scarlett.beachwear@gmail.com or LINE chat @scarlett.beachwear within 3 days after you receive the product.
- The purchased package must be returned in its original conditions (tag attached, unworn, unwashed) and including the travel pouch in its original conditions too.
- The product must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygienic sticker.
- For hygienic purposes, the hygienic sticker must be still on when it's returned.
- No stain or make up on the product.
- We will process the exchange only when the return meets all of the above conditions
HOW TO EXCHANGE
- Notify us via email scarlett.beachwear@gmail.com or LINE chat @scarlett.beachwear within 3 days after you receive the product.
- After we accept to exchange, return the original product within 5 days
- We will assess the received product and may deliver the new item to you within approximately 5 – 15 days.
We reserve the rights to reject any refunds, return the money, or change design or color. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer other design at the same price.
Customers are responsible to provide us complete and accurate delivery information. Please accept the expenses of any extra re-delivery fee in case of incorrect recipient name or address is provided.
